As the Outreach Coordinator at Earth Ministry, I'm excited to announce that our Executive Director, LeeAnne Beres, was recently featured on the blog Communicate Good.
Communicate Good is the Official Blog of the consultancy Communicate Good, LLC. It focuses on using communication to make the world a better place. As part of that goal, every week a new leader is highlighted who's been working hard to do good. On February 21, 2013 LeeAnne Beres received that honor!
LeeAnne more than deserves this award! The article, which you can read here, talks about some of the key experiences she's had in her 20+ years of service to God's Earth. It mentions the many important positions she's held throughout her career, including the two years she spent on a commercial fishing boat in the Bering Sea.
In addition to discussing LeeAnne's impressive accomplishments (such as winning the Headwaters Award), Miriam Elkorchi's recent post includes a brief interview with LeeAnne. In it she asks a number of questions that allow readers to get to know Earth Ministry's Executive Director a little better. There are ten such questions, including, "Who is your hero and what would you ask them if given a chance?"
If you want to know the answer to that question, feel free to read the full article. It's a great post, and couldn't focus on a more deserving person.
